Magnetic levitation products may contain strong magnets and electrical components. Customers with pacemakers, implanted medical devices, or other magnet-sensitive equipment should consult the relevant medical-device manufacturer or a qualified medical professional before using or handling such products.

FaithLume is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process the applicable payment.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
  • Other reasonable operational or legal concerns

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required period, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours after an order is placed. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
